Lewis and Clark put many years of planning into their trip up the Missouri River to the West Coast. The guides sometimes didn't
even speak English. However these brave men and their expedition travel the terrain and mapped the area many of us call home.
The pages of this web site are meant to helps visitors plan their trip along
the Lewis & Clark trail along the Yellowstone River. Clark and his men took this trip apart from the others but we are here to help you.

Each of the towns highlighted within this site have wonderful sites and activities to offer. Please use the links below to visit each of the towns that
are now along the Lewis & Clark trail. Many areas of Eastern Montana look quite similar to what Clark saw, but there are modern day amenities, shopping and site seeing also available.
